NAMI Fox Valley offers free classes throughout the year for family members and loved ones of those living with mental-health conditions. Classes are taught by trained mentors who have been there. In NAMI Fox Valley's family education programs, family is viewed from a broad perspective to include parents, siblings, spouses, sons and daughters, partners and significant others. The classes are designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one with a mental health condition while maintaining their own well-being. Family to Family is for family members of adults living with mental-health conditions, and NAMI Basics is for family members of adolescents living with mental-health conditions.

For family members, partners, parents and friends of adults living with mental health conditions

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental illness.
