NAMIWalks Fox Valley is going virtual this year -- and your participation is more important than ever!

NAMIWalks Your Way Fox Valley: A Virtual Event will take place on October 10 as a part of a National Day of Hope. We will offer a short livestream program with speakers to kick off the day, but after that the day is yours to honor mental health awareness in whatever way you decide.

You can walk a physically distanced 5K with friends, hold a letter-writing marathon to connect with loved ones, make it a craft day, do a bake-off ... the only limit to the possibilities is your own imagination!

But one thing isn't changing at all: As you spread the word about mental health and raise funds in the weeks leading up to the walk, you will make a huge difference in keeping NAMI Fox Valley's mental health programs going and growing for the coming year!

NAMI Fox Valley's programs have been incredibly active since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the past five months we have served more support group participants and warm line callers than ever before, even as we have made the switch to offering programs virtually rather than in person. And we are getting ready to launch expanded virtual mental health education opportunities as well! To keep these programs going strong in this time of increased need, we need your help.

Share hope, spread awareness, and raise funds with us!

Any questions? Don't forget that we are here to help! Please reach out anytime to our walk manager, Morgan O'Connell, at morgan@namifoxvalley.org of 920-954-1550.
