Mental Health Matters: A Luncheon Honoring Mental Health Awareness Month
Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 11:00 a.m.
Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center, Neenah
To celebrate National Mental Health Awareness Month in May 2026, Altrusa International Foundation of Appleton is once again hosting its annual Mental Health Matters luncheon, with 50% of proceeds to be donated directly to NAMI Fox Valley!
We hope you will join us for this powerful event! Click here or on the registration button below to get your tickets!

This year's luncheon will feature keynote speaker Carson Molle. Carson’s life changed dramatically in 2017 when he attempted suicide at just 14 years old, leaving him with significant physical injuries as well as emotional and psychological trauma. Carson has spent the past seven years breaking down the stigma surrounding suicide and mental health by sharing openly and honestly about his struggles. He has been a featured speaker at numerous mental health events both locally and nationally, has lobbied Congress for increased funding for mental health, and has appeared on talk shows tackling these tough issues with grace and dignity. By sharing his powerful story of recovery, Carson aspires to help others find hope and to know that they are not alone.
Fifty percent of the proceeds from the luncheon will be donated to NAMI Fox Valley to support our mental health programs. The remaining fifty percent of funds raised will support other local nonprofits through Altrusa Appleton’s grants and gifts, and a scholarship for a local high school senior.
