NAMI Fox Valley's teen support group is open to high school students ages 14-18. In this group, which meets online via Zoom, teens connect with other teens, learn from each other's experiences, share coping skills, and offer understanding and encouragement in a non-judgmental atmosphere.

The group is facilitated by two trained adults. The primary purpose of the group, however, is for the participants to offer peer support to one another. Our facilitators are not therapists and the group is not intended to replace therapists or counselors.

Parent/guardian permission is required to participate in NAMI Fox Valley’s teen support group. If you are interested in receiving more information NAMI Fox Valley’s teen support group, please click the button below to fill out the interest form. The parent/guardian listed in the form will then receive an email with registration instructions.
